A seated table of twenty-five, served in courses. The menu is the headline of the evening; the music, the lighting and the pacing of service are built around it, from first pour to last course.

Twenty-five seats, released by invitation in the order interest is registered. Register below and we will be in touch as seats open.
- One seated table, one sitting, served in courses
- Saturday 28 November 2026, London, from midday
- Welcome pour on arrival, and a pairing with every course
- Address released to confirmed guests on 14 November
- A bar is open after the seated service for anyone staying on, charged separately
Seats are secured on full payment. Transferable to a named guest up to seven days before the date. Not refundable, as the kitchen is bought and staffed against confirmed covers. Full booking terms
